News Items:

• Each club meet at least minimum participation in the Carolinas District and Kiwanis International Foundation campaigns (i.e. $5.00 per member to each foundation).
• District-wide build 3 new K Family clubs (i.e. Circle-K, Key Club, Aktion, etc.)
• Net positive growth in membership for each club (use end of year census Oct 1, 2005).
• Each club complete at least 3 interclub visits during the year (pay particular attention to Chapin and Fairfield).
• Each club has at least one participant at both the district convention and the mid-winter conference.
• Each club establish and participate in one specific "Young Children Priority One" project.
• Division 23 establish a division-wide service project.
